We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven QA/QC Architect to join our team for a large-scale housing development project.

Duties:

  • Inspect design deliverables, blueprints, and construction outputs for compliance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Perform regular site visits and audits to ensure construction quality aligns with project standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in QA/QC or site architecture roles, in residential or housing development projects.
  • Strong understanding of housing construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (optional), MS Office, and QA/QC documentation tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
