Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Valenzuela and San Juan. The Operations Manager ensures smooth daily operations, efficient systems, and strong team coordination. This role focuses on improving workflows, cost control, and compliance, while providing accurate data for management decisions.

Responsibilities


• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency across departments.


• Implement and improve systems, processes, and workflows.


• Monitor budgets and resources to achieve cost savings.


• Validate data, track KPIs, and prepare reports for management.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.


• Identify risks and propose solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience in supply chain logistics and quality control
  • Proficiency in process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in retail or FMCG is a plus
