Full-Time Remote Operations Manager (Remote, PH-Based)

Compensation: $900-$1100 monthly depending on experience

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly capable, self-starting Remote Operations Manager based in the Philippines to join our Operations Excellence team. This person will act as the Breezeway Platform Administrator and play a critical role in training, quality control, and process improvement across field operations and guest experience functions.

You will be responsible for driving operational consistency, optimizing systems, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement. If you're a builder, a systems thinker, and thrive in fast-paced environments where you're expected to figure things out without hand-holding—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Breezeway system administrator: manage user access, workflows, templates, data integrity, and reporting.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based field teams and remote guest experience staff to develop and enforce SOPs.
• Design and lead training programs that improve performance and compliance across field and guest teams.
• Conduct regular quality control audits using Breezeway and other tools; identify trends and create action plans.
• Use , Streamline and our Guest CRM platform to support cross-functional projects, scheduling, task management, and performance tracking.
• Use RemoteLock, Samsung SmartThings, Ubiquiti, Ring and several other home technology platforms to improve remote, cloud based monitoring of properties.
• Proactively identify gaps in process or performance and work cross-functionally to implement improvements.
• Provide weekly reports and operational insights to the VP of Operations.

Requirements:

• Located in the Philippines and available to work in U.S. time zones (or partial overlap).
• 2+ years experience in vacation rental remote operations, property management, hospitality tech, or similar roles.
• Must have hands-on experience with platforms such as Breezeway, , and property management systems (e.g., Streamline). If you don't have experience with Breezeway, please don't apply. Lack of experience with Breezeway will be an automatic disqualifier. 
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills including use of Slack, Google product, Excel, and other organizational tools.
• Strong training and documentation capabilities.
• High degree of independence and initiative — you should be comfortable solving problems and building structure with limited oversight.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of formal project management methodologies such as waterfall and agile is a plus.
• Background in guest experience or BPO services is a plus. 
• Background in quality control/quality management is a plus.
