Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or Environmental Science/Management
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in Sustainability, Environmental and Compliance Management, or as a Pollution Control Officer in a manufacturing industry
  • Accredited DENR/LLDA Pollution Control Officer
  • Strong knowledge and experience in RBA, ISO, and OHSAS implementation (with Internal Auditing certifications preferred)
  • Familiar with DENR, LLDA, PEZA, and DDB laws, as well as other relevant environmental regulations

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organization's environmental management initiatives, including budgeting and performing secretariat functions for environmental programs
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, internal policies, and CSR initiatives related to environmental management (annual and mid-term planning)
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations
  • Prepare reports on the performance of environmental management systems (e.g., waste reduction, pollution emissions, legal compliance)
  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce environmental impact and enhance organizational sustainability practices
  • Measure and monitor the company's carbon footprint and recommend actionable reduction initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
