Qualifications

  • Graduate of any engineering-related course
  • At least 8 years of experience in supervising and managing a maintenance team
  • Strong knowledge of IATF16949, ISO, and other related regulations
  • Skilled in cost management and continuous improvement
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, people management, and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and lead all activities of the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and quality machinery performance, aligned with engineering standards and principles
  • Implement improvements using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and the PDCA approach to address and prevent recurring breakdown issues
  • Develop data-driven improvement concepts for machinery to create effective and executable maintenance cost-reduction programs
  • Establish control and management regulations for proper tool and measuring device usage to prevent machine damage and workplace accidents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
