Join a pioneering Center of Excellence being established in the Philippines by a leading global company. As part of this newly created team, you'll play a critical role in driving digital adoption across the enterprise and shaping how employees worldwide embrace new technologies.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the digital adoption strategy for a global organization.
  • Drive change by partnering with leaders, IT, and external partners.
  • Build engaging training and support programs (in-app guidance, videos, live training, knowledge bases).
  • Establish a support ecosystem and feedback loop to optimize user experience.
  • Track adoption success and report progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing local team as part of a pioneering hub.

What we're looking for:

  • 5–7 years' experience in digital adoption, transformation, or change management.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering impactful training and support programs.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure adoption success.
  • Certifications in DAP, ITIL, or PROSCI highly regarded.
