Job Description

Join our Digital Business Banking Segment as a Digital Training Specialist and help empower MSMEs to embrace online banking solutions. You will be responsible for conducting engaging virtual training sessions, guiding business owners in account management, digital payments, lending, and cash flow tools. This role is perfect for someone who is not only tech-savvy but also confident in delivering presentations, simplifying complex topics, and ensuring customers gain practical skills for their business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual training sessions for MSMEs on digital banking platforms.
  • Customize training content based on MSME needs (payments, loans, cash flow tools).
  • Provide support and guidance to MSME customers for smooth adoption of online banking.
  • Use tools like MS Teams, Google Classroom, and other platforms to deliver sessions.
  • Act as a bridge between digital banking products and customer understanding.
  • Present reports and feedback to business leaders when required.

Qualifications (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or Education.
  • At least some experience in online training, ideally in banking/financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of digital banking systems and fintech for MSMEs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (non-negotiable).
  • Technically adept with virtual learning tools (MS Teams, Google Classroom, etc.).
  • Must reside near Makati and have a stable internet connection.
  • Must have complete pre-employment requirements (NBI, Medical, Diploma, TOR, COE/COC).
