As we prepare for our next stage of growth, we're looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Project Manager to lead our internal operations and project delivery.

You'll play a pivotal role in running day-to-day production, managing timelines, and keeping clients delighted all while building the operational backbone of a company that's about to scale rapidly.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Run daily stand-ups and weekly sprint reviews to keep the team aligned.
  • Serve as the main client contact for project updates and feedback.
  • Maintain task management and project documentation.
  • Work closely with the CEO to refine workflows and SOPs as we grow.
  • Monitor workloads and identify ways to boost efficiency and team wellbeing.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in a digital or creative agency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong experience with project management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks.
