URGENT HIRING: SALES ENGINEER

Location: Mandaue, Cebu

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the civil engineering sector, focusing on building relationships with potential clients in the prefab industry.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the company's engineering services and solutions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and client acquisition.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

  • Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing client inquiries regarding

engineering design, project feasibility, and construction methodologies.

  • Assist in the preparation of project estimates,budgets, and timelines based on client specifications.

  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment between client expectations

and project deliverables.

  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Other duties that may be assigned and deemed necessary in the course of the company's business

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate or related field (Open to fresh graduates and non-licensed)

* Preferably with background in engineering or real estate industry

* Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools

* Familiarity with project management software is an advantage

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences

* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
