Candidate must have a bachelor's degree of any Engineering course

Must have at least 2 years hands-on exposure to electromechanical components, AC/DC motors & power inverters

With 2 years in supervisory experience or equivalent exposure is an advantage

With 3 years work experience in similar capacity in the Service Industry is a must

Candidate must be result-oriented, very good in team collaboration and coordination

Must have a solid experience on the following:

  • Achieving assigned sales targets across repairs, retrofits, hoists, and light lifting equipment (including monorails, jib cranes, air balancers, and below-the-hook devices).
  • Managing sales of spare parts, in-house repairs, general overhauls, consultation services, and operational quoting.
  • Supporting sales activities initiated by inside sales, with a focus on priority accounts and protect-and-develop accounts.
  • Creating and managing sales cases and refers opportunities for additional products or services to the appropriate sales resources.
