Agency Recruitment and Events Specialist

Responsibilitites:

  • Source, screen, and select prospective insurance agents and financial advisors through various channels (referrals, online platforms, job fairs, and partnerships).
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.
  • Plan, organize, and execute agency-related events such as recruitment drives, recognition ceremonies, training sessions, roadshows, and team-building activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for venue, logistics, and materials.
  • Support campaigns to increase agent productivity, retention, and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or event management (insurance or financial services industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment/event platforms.
