Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute events (e.g., grand opening, tournaments, conventions).
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and corporate service teams to design event strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage internal resources and vendor relationships (including agencies, production houses, and contractors) to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery.
  • Select, negotiate, and oversee external event agencies or vendors, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project goals.
  • Develop creative concepts and interactive content that resonate with gamers and enhance brand identity.
  • Track and analyze event performance (attendance, engagement, ROI) and provide post-event reports.
  • Stay updated on event innovations and community dynamics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of event management experience, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or digital industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage external vendors and agencies, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Proficiency in event tools (e.g., Eventbrite) and social media platforms.
