1. Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
· Develop and execute a recruitment roadmap that supports agency expansion, branch growth, or sales team targets.
· Forecast manpower needs for financial planners and managers.
· Align hiring plans with business objectives (e.g., MDRT growth, protection gap closure, digital advisor expansion).
2. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
· Source high-potential candidates through campus recruitment, referrals, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
· Conduct initial screening, interviews, and profiling to identify candidates with the right balance of passion, professionalism, and financial mindset.
· Leverage social media, events, and financial literacy programs to attract purpose-driven applicants.
3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
· Build the agency's image as a trusted, purpose-led financial institution.
· Lead career orientations, webinars, and recruitment events highlighting the mission of financial empowerment.
· Ensure a seamless candidate journey — from application to onboarding — fostering long-term engagement
4. Selection, Training, & Onboarding Coordination
· Work with trainers and managers to design assessment tools and selection metrics.
· Coordinate with our partner company and training teams for new planner onboarding and licensing (IC, insurance exams, compliance requirements).
· Track new hires' conversion and retention rates during their first 90–180 days.
5. Data & Compliance Management
· Maintain updated recruitment dashboards (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, retention performance).
· Prepare reports and insights for management and agency leaders
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration
· Lead a team of recruiters or field managers in meeting monthly recruitment goals.
· Partner with agency operations managers, sales management team financial wealth managers, training and marketing to develop integrated recruitment campaigns.
