As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Campus Recruitment Associate establishes and nurtures partnerships with universities offering medical allied courses. This role involves overseeing clinic immersions for students from partner universities and actively engages with them to build rapport, aiming to convert them into future employees.

What You'll Do:

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with universities and colleges offering medical allied courses
  • Represent the Company at university career fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the Company's internship and immersion programs to students
  • Coordinate and oversee the deployment of students to the clinic for their immersion programs, ensuring a smooth and organized process
  • Act as the primary point of contact for students during their immersion, providing guidance, support, and resources
  • Develop engagement initiatives to build strong relationships with students and encourage their interest in future employment with the company
  • Identify and cultivate top talent from the student pool, guiding them through the recruitment process and converting them to future employees
  • Maintain accurate records of student deployments, engagements, and conversion rates
  • Perform duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology or any related courses
  • Amenable to a 1-year project-based contract

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
