About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Associate to help us find and attract the best talent. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is detail-oriented, and wants to grow in the field of Human Resources.


What You'll Do
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified applicants for different job openings.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Keep recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate records up to date.
  • Help design and run job ads or recruitment campaigns.
  • Assist in onboarding and employer branding activities.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of Psychology, Marketing, or Business Administration (or related course).
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Willing to report onsite 6 days a week.
