Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager with a background in fast food to oversee daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage staff, maintain food quality, and ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Ensure food is prepared quickly, safely, and to company standards
  • Manage food inventory and reduce waste
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
  • Schedule staff and delegate tasks as needed
  • Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
  • Provide excellent customer service support when needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fast food required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Reliable, organized, and hands-on management style

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php550.00 per day
