JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Staff supports the preparation and production of baked goods at R Bakery by assisting in measuring, mixing, portioning, packaging, and maintaining cleanliness in the production area. This role ensures smooth workflow and consistent product quality according to company standards. Production Staff must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Support

● Assist in preparing ingredients, mixing dough or batters, and portioning as directed.

● Operate basic baking and production equipment safely and efficiently.

● Help in shaping, filling, decorating, or packaging baked goods.

● Ensure products are labeled, stored, and handled correctly.

Quality & Food Safety

● Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in the production area.

● Follow all food safety procedures and company guidelines.

● Check ingredients and finished products for quality and freshness.

Inventory & Equipment

● Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials and supplies.

● Clean, maintain, and properly store utensils, tools, and equipment.

● Report any equipment problems or supply shortages to the supervisor.

Collaboration

● Coordinate with bakers, store staff, and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

● Support special orders or bulk production requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least High School graduate.

Experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food production environment is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of food handling and safety standards.

Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Willing and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
