Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an end-to-end experience in digital product research and development, and a deep understanding of IT products and services, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our IT products and services.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations for clients and potential customers.
  • Technical Support: Offer technical support and guidance to the sales team and customers, addressing any product-related inquiries or issues.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor products to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to enhance products based on customer feedback and market insights.
  • Training: Train internal staff and customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve product-related issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years proven experience in IT product management or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Experience with IT asset management systems and repositories, such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
