  • Prior experience in a commissary kitchen, catering production, or high-volume food service preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and large-batch food prep techniques.
  • Basic understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion control requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Physically able to lift up to 25kg, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent (required or must be obtained upon hiring).
