Position: Store Staff

Job Description

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Store Staff to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in supporting the smooth daily operations of the store, including assisting with sales, maintaining cleanliness, and following hygiene and safety standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Handle sales transactions quickly and accurately.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Monitor inventory, replenish products, and assist with stock counts.
  • Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures.
  • Comply with store policies and service standards.
  • Work with the team to meet store targets and deadlines.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Preferably with knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Experience in retail or a similar role is an advantage but not required (training provided).
  • Flexible, trustworthy, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to be assigned to either Alabang or Malate store.
