The selected individual will become a key operational partner and critical content pillar within a large‑scale corporate environment. Job Highlights Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $6.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency Schedule: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET (Melbourne, FL time) + 3 flexible hours Work Arrangement: Work from home (Independent Contractor: must have own computer, internet, and handle own benefits and taxes) Responsibilities 1. Diverse Content Creation and Writing High‑Impact Writing: Draft and finalize Awards and Conference Speakership Proposals and final submissions. Produce Book‑ready content and long‑form editorial pieces suitable for publication. Generate Newsletters and email marketing copy. Create engaging content from interview recordings and inspirational sources. Handle other writing tasks as required. Strategic & Client Support: Provide direct support to company projects and client engagements by producing essential content deliverables – project proposals, presentation decks, case studies, and internal pitch materials. Support creation of Thought Leadership articles and LinkedIn/Social Media content, ensuring strategic alignment and consistent brand voice. Repurpose and adapt existing assets into new, engaging formats. Demonstrate strong knowledge of copywriting principles. 2. Research and Insight Generation Complex Topic Synthesis: Gather and synthesize information on complex business topics (e.g., corporate culture, industry trends). Actionable Reporting: Conduct research independently and distill findings into high‑quality, actionable synopses, briefs, or outlines to support various project needs. 3. Technology and Creative Production AI and Tech Integration: Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation speed, quality assurance, and iteration workflows. Explore and implement new AI and Tech platforms that streamline production. Visual Production & Design: Apply a creative eye and basic design sensibility to all content. Choose appropriate imagery for various content types (articles, presentations, social media). Use basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) to create simple, effective visual assets. 4. Operational Discipline and Communication Workflow Management: Ensure tasks are completed timely and do not sit idle; seek clarification when priorities conflict. Complete revisions or updates efficiently, ideally within the same day unless otherwise agreed. Communication & Reporting: Share daily work summaries to keep the team informed. Communicate clearly what you are working on and wait for approval before starting new tasks if necessary. Notify the team immediately if unable to work or need to step away unexpectedly during shift hours. Process & Tools Adherence: Follow agreed work schedules consistently and confirm shift start/end times via designated communication channels. Use company‑assigned tools, platforms, and processes as instructed. Keep project‑management tools and shared folders fully updated for easy tracking and accountability. Meeting Protocol: Attend and confirm meetings by accepting calendar invites and showing up on time. Requirements 1. Mandatory Experience and Audience Focus Corporate Content Experience: Proven experience producing content for a professional, corporate large‑company audience. Executive Collaboration: Prior experience working with US‑based Senior Leaders. Team Integration: Experience working as part of a larger company team rather than as a freelance amputated unit. Role Depth: Strong, demonstrated experience as a Content Writer or Specialist with a portfolio showcasing diverse, complex formats. Project Management: Proven ability to thrive in a consulting or project‑based environment, supporting client‑facing teams through content and research. 2. Required Technical & Foundational Skills Writing & Editing Mastery: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency. Production Software: Mandatory strong PowerPoint skills. Technology & Tools: High proficiency with Microsoft Office, content‑management tools, and enthusiastic use of AI and new technologies. Visual Literacy: Demonstrated creativity and visual literacy with ability to select visual assets and perform basic graphic design tasks. Workflow Tools: Practical experience with Asana and Slack. Adaptability & Learning: Proven ability to learn new tasks quickly, research and master unfamiliar areas. 3. Work Ethic, Schedule, and Communication Time Zone & Schedule: Full‑time experience in a US Eastern Time corporate setting; core schedule 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET (Melbourne, FL time) + 3 flexible hours; at least 6 hours of overlap per day (8 am–6 pm ET). Engagement & Focus: Must be able to fully focus and work full‑time during scheduled hours; live meetings throughout the day. Proactive Communication: High frequency communication with the team; frequent updates of daily work; demonstration of independent problem‑solving and focused question‑asking. Task Management: Proven ability to manage tasks, timelines, and work through strong project‑management skills and effective team communication. Additional Information Immediate hiring; the role is permanent, work‑from‑home, and a steady freelance position under a full‑time contractor agreement.
