Change & Training Manager – AI Recruiting Platforms

The Change & Training Manager leads adoption and training efforts for the rollout of the Conversational AI Digital Recruiter, proprietary CRM and ATS, and Workday integration. This position ensures that users in all regions are trained and confident as PSG transitions to its new global recruiting model. You will focus on driving behavior change and sustained adoption for recruiters, hiring managers, coordinators, and operations leaders as AI and automation are embedded into day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan.

·       Oversee training design and delivery for system users and stakeholders.

·       Manage communications and readiness tracking.

·       Lead regional training workshops and support global rollout planning.

·       Define clear adoption and proficiency goals for each user group (e.g., % of recruiters using Anna AI and Compass workflows as designed, time-to-first-use for new features, reduction in manual workarounds).

·       Design multi-modal training experiences (e-learning, live virtual sessions, in-person workshops, job aids, short videos, in-tool guidance) tailored to recruiters, managers, and back-office teams.

·       Partner with Product, Implementations, and local operations to gather feedback, iterate materials, and ensure the "why" behind AI and workflow changes is clearly communicated.

Required Skills & Experience

· years in change management, learning design, or HR transformation.

·       Experience with Workday or enterprise HR technology rollouts.

·       Experience driving adoption of new AI or automation solutions is strongly preferred.

·       Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

·       Willingness to travel up to 25% to support in-person training sessions.
