DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbound Sales:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from potential customers interested in renting a self storage unit.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about available storage unit sizes, features, pricing, promotions, and rental terms.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable storage solution to meet their requirements.
  • Assist customers with the rental process, including reservation setup, lease agreement explanation, and payment processing.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and customer-centric manner.

Outbound Sales:

  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with leads, inquiries, and previous customers to drive new rentals and maximize occupancy rates.
  • Engage in proactive sales efforts by contacting individuals or businesses who may benefit from self storage services.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the self storage facility, highlighting key features, security measures, and convenience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, real estate agencies, and other potential referral sources.
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections, negotiate rental terms, and close sales.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for each customer.
  • Address customer concerns, inquiries, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with account maintenance, including payment processing, lease renewals, and unit transfers.
  • Coordinate with other departments or on-site staff to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Administration:

  • Accurately record customer information, sales transactions, and interactions in the Sales Google Drive.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of rental agreements, leases, and customer documentation.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for rental agreements, payments, and data security.
  • Generate reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and occupancy levels as required.
