HR Operations Specialist

Developing and executing end-to-end HR strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and benefits packages.
  • Maintain accurate file management systems and version control processes.
  • Safeguard sensitive information and ensure confidentiality.
  • Coordinate performance improvement plans and monitor employee relations issues.
  • Partner with leadership and HR consultants to resolve escalations and implement resolutions.
  • Post job openings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Ensure consistent candidate communication and maintain structured hiring pipelines.
  • Track hiring progress and support smooth transitions to new roles.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Standardize HR procedures and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Liaise with external HR consultants to implement compliant practices and stay up-to-date on industry regulations.

  • Proven experience in HR operations and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
