JOB DESCRIPTIONShape the future of our organization by connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.As a Recruiting Senior Professional in the Talent Acquisition team, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the business is staffed with quality hires. You will partner with senior management, HR, and finance to anticipate future needs and strategize pipelines. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on recruitment processes and controls, and proactively sharing innovative solutions. You will deliver a positive candidate experience, educate candidates on career growth, and support diversity goals. You will utilize recruitment platforms and market data to drive successful hiring outcomes.Job ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end talent acquisition process, create and implement talent acquisition strategiesProvide guidance to hiring managers on talent acquisition processes, controls, and policiesSource and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channelsEvaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers; solicit feedback to refine strategyProactively share innovative solutions to add value and streamline the process for clientsDemonstrate expert understanding of talent acquisition needs by participating in client meetings and managing expectationsProvide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the processEducate candidates on career growth potential, benefits, and compensation philosophyConduct compensation expectation conversations to ensure closure of offersProvide meaningful market data in support of client needsUtilize the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity and controlsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsPrior experience in full life cycle talent acquisition in a fast-paced corporate environment or talent acquisition agencyExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAble to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities; high attention to detailPossess a controls mindset; understand employment laws and regulationsExperience planning and managing networking events or projectsSuperior multitasking, project management, and presentation skills coupled with business acumenPrior experience handling sensitive or confidential informationAble to tell a story with data and metricsStrong time management skills; ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritizeCandidate must be willing to work on a night shiftPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience using HireVue, SmashFly, and other talent acquisition platformsInternal Application Eligibility RequirementsTENURE:Must meet minimum employment tenure requirement. Specific roles require longer tenure in current position to be eligible to apply.
