Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job brief to offer stage. The ideal candidate will have experience handling high-volume hiring, conducting thorough interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while working autonomously within Australian business hours.

Job Highlights:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
  • Monthly Rate: 60,000
  • Work Arrangement: Permanent work-from-home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job brief to offer stage.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Handle high-volume recruitment across multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and upcoming positions.
  • Write and post engaging job ads across major platforms.
  • Coordinate with Australian hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS (Bullhorn experience a plus).
  • Provide regular progress reports and recruitment analytics.
  • Ensure a professional, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment (agency or internal)
  • Proven ability in high-volume hiring
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (blue-collar experience a plus)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interviewing skills over phone and video
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work autonomously while staying aligned with Australian time zones
  • Experience using Bullhorn or other ATS software (desirable, not essential)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
