Looking for an experienced Clinic Manager with accounting knowledge

Background in being a receptionist, cashier, accountant is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting patients, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and managing patient flow.
  • Maintaining and updating patient records, including electronic health records (EHRs).
  • Handling phone calls and correspondence.
  • Preparing medical reports and documents.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Providing general administrative support to the medical staff.
  • Handling payments and giving proper change
  • Accounting daily sales and creating daily reports

Qualifications:

  • College or certificate in a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical secretary or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience in canva.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and billing practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Location: San Fernadno Pampanga

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php Php650.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
