Clinic Office Manager

Job Description:

The Clinic Office Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the clinic. Managing administrative tasks, staff and budgets to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery

Responsibilities:

-Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties

-Assuring clinic is open and appropriately staffed during regular scheduled hours and special events

-Performing the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members

-Liaising with professionals and learners about assessment and treatment plans

-Ensuring all facilities and equipment are availble, operational, safe and clean

-Developing monthly staff schedule, reviewing timecards, and payroll

-Creating monthly reports to measure financial performance of the clinic

-Managing the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory

-Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic

-Interacting with customers, review customer feedback, and address customer service issues

Qualifications

-Graduate of management, business administration, or psychology with a minimum of 3 years management experience in similar post or capacity

-Proficient in Microsoft office applications

-Analytic with good problem-solving skills

-Detail-oriented and results driven

-Trustworthy, organized with great communication and people management skills

-Exceptional customer service skills
