Lead Our Outbound Strategy & Drive High-Value Enterprise Pipeline
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to lead our top-of-funnel GTM engine. Reporting to the CEO/Founder, you will be responsible for personally executing high-level Enterprise Account-Based Marketing (ABM) while coordinating the efforts of the Strategic Content Lead (SCL) and the Marketing & Research Associate (M&RA). This is a role for a proven leader and expert closer who can turn strategy into revenue.
This is a high-value, full-time, long-term contract for services role. The successful candidate will operate as an independent contractor.
The Mission: Quality Pipeline and Team Alignment
Your mission is two-fold: Secure high-quality Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) with C-level executives (CIOs, CFOs) for our three core products, and ensure seamless alignment between content creation and lead generation.
Key Focus Areas:
- Executive Pipeline Generation (Personal Execution): Master the delivery of highly personalized, multi-channel ABM campaigns, focusing on complex sales cycles and financial ROI justification.
- GTM Strategy & Coordination: Act as the operational leader, ensuring the SCL's high-impact video/written assets are strategically leveraged in outreach and the M&RA's data is accurate and actionable.
- Revenue Alignment: Be the critical link between Marketing, Sales, and Product, ensuring our messaging for TV Scheduling, Automation, and Media Planning drives measurable pipeline influence.
Core Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Personally execute all outbound ABM sequences to secure SQMs that meet rigorous qualification standards (BANT).
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Serve as the direct coordinator and GTM coach for the SCL and M&RA, managing daily priorities and ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Content Utilization: Serve as the primary user and feedback loop for the SCL's assets (ROI calculators, video ads, landing pages), providing continuous, documented insights to optimize their performance.
- CRM & Process Ownership: Enforce impeccable data hygiene and process compliance across the entire GTM team, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting for the Founder.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales development/outbound sales, including 2+ years in a management or team lead role targeting Enterprise or complex SaaS products.
- Industry Experience: Specific experience in SaaS/Software industry is required for this Enterprise sales position.
- Outbound Expertise: Master-level proficiency in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics and crafting personalized, high-value executive communications (email and LinkedIn).
- Commercial Acumen: Strong grasp of business finance, able to communicate value in terms of OpEx reduction and financial risk mitigation.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and align creative, research, and sales functions to achieve a unified GTM goal.
Compensation & Contract Details
This is a high-performance role rewarded with a highly competitive service fee structure that heavily incentivizes pipeline success and includes a monthly retainer and performance fee.
Contract Note: The Performance Fee (Commission) is tied directly to the value of pipeline generated (SQMs booked) and the achievement of team process metrics (CRM hygiene, SCL feedback). As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and statutory contributions.
