About the Role

We are urgently hiring an exceptional Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) who is highly specialized in Facade, Curtain Wall, and Glass & Aluminum Construction projects.

This is not a general QS role — we're looking for an expert who understands the technical precision, material costing, and contract dynamics behind facade and aluminum-glass systems.

You will take full responsibility for cost planning, tendering, budget management, and contract administration, ensuring every financial and commercial detail aligns with project excellence and profitability.

Core Functions

Prepare and validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and detailed material take-offs for façade, curtain wall, and glass & aluminum works.

Conduct cost and risk analysis, tender evaluations, and progress valuations.

Manage contract documentation, variation orders, and payment certifications.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Subcontractors to maintain cost and schedule alignment.

Provide accurate cost forecasting, cash flow reports, and financial tracking.

Participate in value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising quality.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.

Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of solid experience as a QS in Facade, Curtain Wall, or Glass & Aluminum Construction Projects.

Must possess strong technical, analytical, and cost control skills.

Willing to be assigned in Cebu City or Metro Manila.
