  • Reviewing Electrical & Electronic plans, specifications and quantity requirements.
  • Preparation of budgetary, construction and maintenance cost.
  • Preparation of Bill of Quantities, tender documents and tender reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer.
  • With 3-4 years experience of relevant Pre-contract QS experience.
  • Experience in a real estate industry is a plus.
  • Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take off and costing.
  • Knowledgeable in construction standards and current market rates.
  • With excellent communication and negotiation skills.
