  • Prepares quotations and tenders for projects.
  • Assist in the procurement administration of the project and manage project budgeting, controlling cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payment, and settlement of final accounts as well as maintaining proper documentation.
  • Actively seek advice on improving processes and procedures for the Quantity Surveying Department.
  • Helps in the preparation of tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation for Civil, Structural, and Architectural Trades.
  • Pricing of Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages, billing evaluation, and costing.
  • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
  • Perform tasks assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Surveying Software PLANSWIFT, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and other related Software/Tools

EDUCATION/ CERTIFICATION

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering
