HIR URGENTLY: DIRECTOR OF VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS (Facade, Glass & Aluminum) Location: Cebu City Send your CV to: We are seeking an accomplished Director of Vertical Construction Projects to lead operations and execution excellence for our Facade, Glass, and Aluminum Division, specializing in Curtain Wall projects within the vertical construction industry. This role is for a seasoned leader who has achieved and accomplished years of success in the construction industry, particularly in managing large-scale facade and curtain wall projects from design coordination to completion. CORE FUNCTIONS Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple vertical construction projects. Lead and supervise project operations teams, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and procurement to ensure project integration and compliance with specifications. Manage budgets, resources, and schedules, optimizing cost efficiency and operational productivity. Strengthen coordination among project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in construction methodology and operational systems. CORE COMPETENCIES Deep technical expertise in facade, glass, and aluminum systems, particularly curtain wall design and installation. Strong leadership and communication skills; able to inspire, direct, and align diverse project teams. Advanced knowledge in construction operations, cost management, and project delivery processes. Strategic and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision‑making skills. Excellent client handling, negotiation, and coordination abilities. KEY RESULT AREAS (As) On‑time and within‑budget completion of all vertical projects. Achievement of quality and safety benchmarks. High client satisfaction and repeat business generation. Efficient project resource utilization and operational cost control. Team performance development and retention. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) Project delivery timelines met or exceeded. Variance between planned and actual costs. Percentage of projects passing QA/QC and safety audits. Client feedback and satisfaction ratings. Operational efficiency improvement metrics. Qualifications: Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect (preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction operations, with proven expertise in Facade, Glass, and Aluminum / Curtain Wall projects.
