About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Architectural Facade Artist/Visualizer who will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and rendering exterior façade systems that blend aesthetic innovation with technical precision.

The role requires a strong sense of design composition, material understanding, and the ability to translate architectural concepts into realistic, visually compelling façade presentations for client approvals and project execution.

Core Functions

  1. Façade Concept Development & Visualization

Develop original façade concepts aligned with project themes, architectural intent, and brand identity.

Produce realistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and material studies using advanced visualization tools.

Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure aesthetic and structural feasibility.

  1. Design Documentation & Presentation

Prepare detailed façade design drawings, perspectives, and presentation boards for client and management approval.

Maintain organized design files, color/material libraries, and visualization templates.

Support the tender and proposal teams with visual materials that enhance project bids.

  1. Technical & Cross-Functional Coordination

Work hand-in-hand with the façade engineer, structural consultant, and project manager to ensure design integrity.

Participate in design reviews, adjustments, and refinements based on technical feedback.

Stay updated on façade trends, materials, sustainability solutions, and visualization technology.

Concept Design Approval Rate 90% approval of façade design concepts in initial review.

Rendering Accuracy 95% visual alignment between design renderings and final constructed façade.

Project Delivery Timeline 100% on-time submission of façade design outputs and presentations.

Innovation Contribution Minimum of 2 new façade design techniques or material applications proposed per quarter.

Interdepartmental Collaboration Score Positive feedback from design, engineering, and project teams (average of 4.5/5).

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or Fine Arts (Architecture track preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in façade design, architectural visualization, or architectural rendering.

Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Revit, Rhino, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar software.

Keen understanding of façade materials, cladding systems, and architectural lighting.

Exceptional eye for detail, color, proportion, and realism.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
