Salary Range: 25,000-35,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure costs are allocated correctly on the job.
  • Branch office liaison for any invoicing queries.
  • Collate/deliver the correct job documentation to support the invoice.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as allocated by the Financial Accountant/Financial Controller from time to time.
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel - Intermediate level.
  • Experience in the building services / facilities maintenance industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
