About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our on-site team. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor payments, ensuring accuracy in financial processing, and contributing to the smooth financial operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, verify, and reconcile invoices and payments
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice or payment queries
  • Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and policies

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable (non-negotiable)
  • Preferably experienced in Xero software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service orientation and professionalism
  • Must have a high attention to detail
  • Can-do attitude
