We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer who's ready to take ownership of invoice processing, collections, and receivables reporting—making sure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time.

You'll play a vital role in the finance team, contributing to performance targets, customer satisfaction, and company-wide success. If you're proactive, analytical, and ready to grow—this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and payments with speed and accuracy

  • Monitor and maintain customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

  • Negotiate with clients and follow up on overdue payments

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports on receivables

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)

  • Maintain clean, organized financial records in line with best practices

  • Support operational performance by hitting benchmarks and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Experience in accounts receivable or general accounting

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset

  • Experience with NetSuite (preferred but not essential)

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work to deadlines

  • Willingness to work to North American Working Hours.

  • Willingness to work or relocate in the Angeles City Pampanga Office (full-time onsite)
