We are looking for top talents who can effectively deliver excellent support to our valued Clients. We offer learning opportunities, career growth and work-life balance. Job Description:Act as the first point of contact for the payroll phone system.

Daily monitoring and action of any emails in the payroll folder. Approval of daily placements made for both temporary and contractors for all divisions, ensuring the correct compliance details are in the placement. Action any change request submitted as required.

Create logins for all new starters/approvers. Check payroll details entered in the system, to be marked as payroll ready. Finalize all approved timesheets weekly as per the award.

Processing of all finalized timesheets. Create completed ABA files to present to the payroll manager for upload to the bank. Weekly export of payroll and invoices in the system.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required. Assist in the creation of superannuation files monthly, for all entities. Assist in creating new pay cycles every month.

Assist in the processing of last pay runs for the revenue month for all due reconciled reports. Preparation of template report, to be emailed to the government. Email monthly compliance report, including site, initial start date, shift times, hours worked, and pay.

Other Duties:Do weekly reports after completion of all invoices and pays. Check and reconcile all draft invoices to the pay conditions report and be sent to clients for all entities. Send weekly margin reports to team managers.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related. Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or a similar role. Knowledge of Astute payroll software is a plus.

Experience in using Bullhorn recruitment software is a plus. Strong understanding of the Fair Work Legislation, inclusive of the national employment standards, is a plus.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
