About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team at CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP.

Required 3-5 Years exp as Office Admin

Experience we're looking for

  1. Managing Office Supplies: Ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
  2. Coordinating Maintenance Requests: Logging and following up on maintenance issues.
  3. Scheduling Meetings: Organizing and booking meeting rooms and resources.
  4. Updating Records: Maintaining facilities-related documentation and databases.
  5. Assisting with Budgets: Tracking expenses and assisting with budget preparation.
  6. Communication: Serving as a point of contact for staff regarding facilities issues.
  7. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  8. Vendor Coordination: Liaising with external service providers and contractors.
  9. Event Support: Assisting with the organization of office events or meetings.
  10. Facility Inspections: Conducting regular inspections to ensure optimal conditions.

Receptionist relevant exp is a plus
