About the role
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team at CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP.
Required 3-5 Years exp as Office Admin
Experience we're looking for
- Managing Office Supplies: Ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
- Coordinating Maintenance Requests: Logging and following up on maintenance issues.
- Scheduling Meetings: Organizing and booking meeting rooms and resources.
- Updating Records: Maintaining facilities-related documentation and databases.
- Assisting with Budgets: Tracking expenses and assisting with budget preparation.
- Communication: Serving as a point of contact for staff regarding facilities issues.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaising with external service providers and contractors.
- Event Support: Assisting with the organization of office events or meetings.
- Facility Inspections: Conducting regular inspections to ensure optimal conditions.
Receptionist relevant exp is a plus
