Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of the operation of all centralized electro-mechanical equipment and ensuring that all are in proper working condition
  • Preparation of preventive maintenance, emergency preparedness and fire safety programs and activities
  • Coordination of repairs and maintenance activities with contractors
  • Assisting in the quality inspections of the Property Management Team to ensure that prescribed property management standards are implemented.
  • Assisting in the review of Job Hazard Analysis documents for all works in the head office.
  • Ensuring that the facilities, equipment, devices, and other items in the office are inspected so as not to cause potential hazards.
  • Preparing trackers/monitoring sheets and reports pertaining to Head Office Facilities Management and Health, Safety, Security, and Environment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
  • Must be Licensed electrical or mechanical engineer
  • Must underwent OSH Training/Certification (preferably SO2)
  • Must be proficient in Autocad and has advanced Excel skills
  • Must be willing to work in Ayala Triangle, Makati
  • Open for 3-6 months project based employment
  • Open for Fresh Graduates
