GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

Planters Aggregates, Inc., a dynamic company in the aggregates and construction industry, is looking for a General Accountant to join our growing team. If you are results-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about financial excellence, we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Oversee tax computations and remittances, including VAT, EWT, and income tax.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank transactions and balances.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support internal audit activities.
  • Implement and improve accounting systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • CPA license is an advantage but not required.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in a construction or aggregates company.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
