Job Description

As a General Accounting Administrator, you will handle core financial functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger reconciliation, financial reporting, and budget variance analysis. You'll collaborate with both local teams and counterparts across 16 facilities throughout the Americas to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in similar capacity
• Prior ERP or other automated business system experience preferred
• Prior FAS or other fixed asset software tracking experience preferred
• Experience within a manufacturing environment preferred

Essential Skills:

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks

Your Daily Tasks

• Make invoice payment selections, print and mail checks, wires, and ACH disbursements
• Reconcile accounts payables and receivables to the general ledger
• Review cash transactions and make necessary journal entries
• Handle payroll journal entries
• Prepare adjusting journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliations
• Assist in journal entries with the month-end closing process
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with JSOX requirements
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
