Duties and Responsibilities:

I.   Collection and Accounts Receivable Officer

1.    Maintains Revenue and AR working paper

2.    Revenue posting and recording (every 5th and 20th of the month)

3.    Maintains weekly collection report and recording accordingly.

4.    Prepares and issue Statement of Accounts

5.    Assists on weekly collections follow up (through email and Viber follow ups – with SOA issuance)

6.    Prepares Monthly reports: AR Aging, Revenue reports

7.    Reconciliation of revenue and collection – if necessary

8.    Reconciliation of AR -  past due accounts and its enforce collections

9.    Coordination with billers and clients

  1. Other task maybe assigned

II.   Payroll Management and Processing

1.    Prepares bi-monthly payroll for Malate, Pioneer and Makati branch; issuance of payslips

2.   Manage Cash Advances working paper and coordination of CA approval to General manager.

3.    Manage ATD and Damages working paper

4.    Prepares Employee Last pay computations

5.    Coordination with Admin staff and Timekeepers

III.   Manages Fixed Assets and Inventories

1.    Maintains updated, complete and accurate lapsing schedules of fixed assets

2.    Conducts accurate physical count of company's assets (quarterly, yearly and as needed)

3.    Reconciles physical count of property and equipment with records

4.    Investigates and reports to Finance Manager any discrepancies in the reconciliation of physical count of fixed assets with accounting records

5.    Ensures that tools and equipment under the custody of employees are covered by accountability sheets.

6.    Prepares schedule of property and equipment

IV.    Job Posting and Hiring

1.    Assist in job posting and hiring for production staff

2.    Job posting and hiring for office staff

3.    Prepares and Issue COE – Certificate of employment

4.    Coordinates with admin for Employee Masterfile

V.      Reportorial requirements

1.    Government compliance and reporting

A.   SSS, PHIC, HDMF compliance and reporting – Monthly

B.   SSS and HDMF Loans monitoring and reconciliation

C.   BIR compliance and reporting – Monthly, Quarterly and Annual

1.    Withholding tax Expanded

2.    Withholding Compensation

3.    VAT

4.    Relief encoding (VAT, Expanded and others)
