Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Hospital Operations & Risk Consultant to serve as a resource person for our ongoing projects within the hospital. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of hospital operations and processes, and the ability to provide guidance on risk management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a resource person for hospital-related projects, providing expert advice on processes and workflows.
  • Review and assess hospital operations to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Provide insights on best practices for hospital management.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure hospital projects align with operational protocols and risk management standards.
  • Assist in documentation, reporting, and implementation of hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hospital administration or healthcare management.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, departments, and workflow processes.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide clear guidance and recommendations for process improvement.
  • Big plus: experience in both government and private hospitals.
