As our Retention/Service Team Consultant, you'll be the key driver behind member engagement and satisfaction. You'll work to identify at-risk members, develop communication strategies, and implement systems that ensure members get the most from their gym experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage member retention initiatives and engagement strategies.
  • Track and report on member attendance, feedback, and satisfaction.
  • Reach out to members who may be inactive or at risk of cancelling.
  • Create personalised touchpoints to enhance the member journey.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve retention programs.
  • Support the ongoing development of customer relationship systems and automation tools.
About You

You're proactive, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others stay on track with their fitness goals.

You'll also have:

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or retention (fitness or hospitality background preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and data management abilities.
  • Confidence in using CRM or membership management systems.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on outcomes.
