Job Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment activities, new hire orientation and onboarding, learning and development, employee exits, payroll and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, this role will involve building strong partnerships with managers to support their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
  • Take charge of the Offboarding activities for resigning employees.
  • Ensure that HR database is timely updated and with verified information through the HR system.
  • Act as a steward of culture and promote a climate of high performance, teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • Background with HR information system is a plus (e.g. Workday, SAP, Darwinbox, Sprout)
  • Proven 4+ year work experience as a HR Assistant/ HR Generalist or a similar role in the Human Resource Department.
  • Reliable and independent
