The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for fostering a healthy and engaging work environment through proactive employee relations, policy compliance and lends unbiased support in conflict resolution. The role is critical in maintaining a culture of professionalism, respect and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Human Resources, BS Psychology and Business Administration or any related field
  • Must have 2-3 years relevant experience as an HR generalist or in a similar role
  • Good working knowledge of MS applications (word, excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
  • With high emotional intelligence and a strong sense of community, confidentiality and accountability
  • Adaptable, collaborative and impartial
  • Fun-loving person and can interact with employees across the organization

Duties:

  • Serves as the primary contact for employee engagement activities, concerns and workplace issues
  • Provides confidential and objective support to both staff and management in resolving conflicts
  • Facilitates open communication channels across all levels of the organization
  • Conducts thorough investigations into employee concerns, misconduct or any workplace conflict
  • Prepares detailed case reports, document findings and recommends fair and appropriate resolutions
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies and legal requirements throughout the process
  • Represents the company in any mediation/conciliation proceedings before the NLRC,DOLE, NCMB, etc.
  • Guides employees on company policies, Code of Conduct and labor laws
  • Ensures consistent application of policies across departments
  • Assists in updating and rolling out employee-related policies and guidelines
  • Conducts employee exit interviews to gather feedback for improvement
  • Coordinates with the other departments to facilitate smooth transition between the departing and new employees

Schedule:

  • Regular Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
  • Discretionary Performance bonus

Ability to Work in Different Office Locations of the company:

  • Makati City and BGC, Taguig City
