The Marketing Services Manager oversees the seamless execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen Landers Superstore's brand presence and drive member engagement. This role develops, implements, and monitors end-to-end marketing processes ( from Job order to production, delivery and installation of the collaterals or merch materials)  ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. 

He/she is also responsible for generating additional income through partnerships, sponsorships, and boothing opportunities as well as consolidating marketing expenses to ensure accurate budget management.

Manage relationships with external vendors, such as agencies and suppliers.

Reporting directly to the VP for Marketing & Membership, the Marketing Services Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences, boosting membership growth, and driving revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is typically required.

At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.

Strong leadership and management abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide a team.

Excellent communication and project management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign results and make data-driven decisions.
