Overview

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be experienced in social media management, SEO, digital content creation, and marketing strategy, with a proven ability to drive engagement and deliver results for small businesses.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Content

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and community engagement.
  • Edit videos using current trends and software for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Provide scripts and filming direction for onsite staff to produce engaging video content.
SEO & Analytics
  • Manage off-page SEO and monitor overall online presence.
  • Handle Google Business page and other key online listings.
  • Track performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
  • Recommend strategies to improve engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
Strategy & Growth
  • Advise on high-performing content and emerging digital marketing trends.
  • Provide strategic guidance for online campaigns and audience growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies effectively.
Small Business Experience
  • Apply marketing strategies tailored for small businesses, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and awareness of current video trends.
  • Experience in creating and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of off-page SEO and managing Google Business listings.
  • Familiarity with Loomly for social media scheduling and management (tool may change, so flexibility is required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Experience working with small businesses is highly preferred.
