About the Role

As a Product Implementation Team Head, you will be responsible for the expansion and growth of existing partnership tie-ups. Additionally, you are in charge of developing impactful collaborations for card offers that drive key business metrics, including acquisition, spending, lowering attrition, and integration into our loyalty platform. Managing BetterBanking Rewards (MRS) to deliver campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle will also fall under your purview.

How you'll contribute

  • Spearheading on-ground activation that entails leading the creation, planning, and execution of promotional and experiential campaigns.

  • Leverages MRS to drive acquisition, boost activation, enhance engagement, and reduce attrition

  • Understands the data from the digital platform to create strategic communications

  • Manages communication traffic across different channels

  • Collates and maintains a depository for all communication materials, including marketing collaterals.

  • Develops and maintains effective communication plans for different channels to support the business

What we're looking for

  • With 5-10 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services

  • Must have an in-depth knowledge of credit card products and services and related financial and non-financial processes.

  • Has experience in project management, product development, sales and marketing

  • Has excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with different key stakeholders.

  • With strong leadership and people management skills.
